- Yes — that’s the point. Zanyara reads the driving licence, then binds it to the driver with face match and liveness, so a borrowed or stolen licence held up by someone else doesn’t pass. Re-verification can be triggered at intervals or before high-risk trips.
- Do you confirm the licence is valid to drive (entitlements, points)?
- No — that’s a separate DVLA entitlement check. Zanyara verifies the licence document’s authenticity and matches the holder’s face; it doesn’t query DVLA for driving entitlements, endorsements or penalty points. See our UK driving licence page for the distinction.
